In addition to our over 50-year-old banding operation and an office that houses our Plymouth-based staff, there are hundreds of species of birds, mammals, invertebrates, and plants that use our 40-acre property throughout the year.
In recent years, the Landbird team has expanded their monitoring of the flora and fauna at Manomet. Part of this effort includes weekly censuses of the property, where we cover a regular route and record all bird numbers and species that we encounter. In addition, we make sure to document other wildlife sightings we have and take photos to share with the public.
