Join Manomet at White Horse Beach for International Beach Cleanup Day and help make coastal Massachusetts cleaner and safer for all!

This event is part of a broader effort both state and worldwide to clean up and monitor trash abundance on beaches. This COASTSWEEP event occurs on International Beach Cleanup Day and aims to make our coast a little cleaner and safer for both people and wildlife. Bring your friends and family to participate! Please leave pets at home to minimize disturbance to shorebirds using the beach.

This is a free event open to the public and part of the Massachusetts Office of Coastal Zone Management’s COASTSWEEP event. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Please bring a reusable water bottle and reusable garden-type gloves to help reduce waste! Free street parking can be found along Taylor Ave (no permit needed). Parking may be limited, please plan on carpooling with friends and family.

All participants must register and sign the Cleanup Waiver in order to participate. The rain date is Sunday, September 22nd, 9:00-11:30am.
