2024 American Oystercatcher Working Group Meeting

Meeting Dates: December 3-5, 2024

The 2024 meeting of the American Oystercatcher Working Group will be held in Wachapreague, Virginia, at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science Eastern Shore Lab’s Seaside Hall. The meeting will be two full days (December 3-4) with a half-day field trip on Thursday December 5. The meeting sessions will be held in-person with remote access via Zoom conferencing. Please select an in-person or remote attendance option when registering. The meeting will begin at 9:00am on Tuesday and Wednesday, with virtual attendees able to sign in at 8:30am. The draft meeting agenda has been distributed to the AMOY Working Group.

Cost: Virtual registration is $30/person and Zoom links will be sent out individually prior to the meeting. In-person registration is $135 and includes breakfast (Tues/Wed), lunch (Tues/Wed), group dinner on Tuesday and meeting coffee/snack breaks. Lodging and add-on costs for field trip lunch are separate. All payments will be accepted through online registration. Registration deadline will be November 22nd for in-person and December 2nd for virtual.
